SHIPPING & RETURNS
For the order before 4 pm, we will ship within the day using delivering app (Grab, Ahamove). The order will arrive within 2 to 4 hours. Please directly contact us for express delivery (within 1 hour).
After 4 pm, we will deliver using 2-hour and express delivery.
Currently, we are delivering within HCMC for a full menu. And in Hanoi, Da Nang and Nha Trang with selected bottles.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and fix it for you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 working days.
Please remember this can take some time and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you’ve done all of this, it is over 30 days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are always willing to help.
Our returns and exchange policy is 7 days. we are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods and within this time period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, we do not accept opened bottles and your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer returns and exchanges if the goods are damaged or defective, they were purchased directly through www.grape-people.com and the goods are returned within a 7-day period from receipt.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Facebook page and Instagram. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We are unable to replace bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers.
Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order for exchange, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely.
